The new flagship of the Dubai International Marine Club is the Sea Dubai sailing crew with the newly developed regatta yacht “Sea Dubai RC 44”. The designation RC 44 includes the initials of the three times Americas Cup Champion Russel Coutts (RC), the designer of this impressive racing yacht made of carbon fibre. The SEA-Touch by Tissot uses patented technology to ensure that this watch for divers maintains its high performance at all levels – above and below sea level. Right down to a depth of 200 meters, wearers literally have the sophisticated functionality of this high-tech diving watch at their fingertips. As well as being able to tell the time in two time zones and indicate the depth of the current dive, this timepiece integrates a digital chronograph, thermometer, alarm, perpetual calendar date, compass and divers’ logbook, all activated by touch on the glass.

Diving functionality in depth

SEA-Touch fulfils all of the European Norm EN13319 stipulated criteria (divers accessories) - luminosity, shock resistance, anti-magnetism, band solidity and the integration of a time control device. This tactile watch provides a selection of important diving data. When the diver enters the water (minimum depth 1m40), the hands go directly to 9 o’clock. Later the minute hand displays the depth of the dive on the scale around the bezel. The hour hand reveals the speed the diver is moving at in meters per minute on the dial. Excellent visibility comes from highly luminescent material and an effective backlight. Patented technology by Tissot SA on the SEA Touch ensures that the rubber-protected pushers have double protection and therefore can operate perfectly underwater.

Watertight beauty

The diver’s surroundings are often breathtaking to the eye and the SEA-Touch makes sure that it also looks the part. A stainless steel bracelet and case secures a stylish black and white bezel framing a choice of a black, a white or an orange dial. The silver dial has silver-colored indices, the black one uses contrasting black and white markings and the orange one has orange indices. The angular shape of the case is picked up by the metal base of the rubber-capped pushers. Even the keenest divers spend a lot of time on dry land – there they can use their SEA-Touch to make a sporty style statement or to reminisce about previous dives using the tactile logbook.

Woven steel or rubber

The Superocean Héritage is available with a choice of two new highly original wristbands. The Ocean Classic woven steel bracelet reflects the aesthetics of the initial version that gave the watch its unusual visual appeal, making a daring contrast with the smooth surfaces of the dial and bezel. Elegant, supple and comfortable, it is equipped with a folding clasp ensuring easy handling. Breitling has also equipped it with a new screw system enabling the wearer to shorten and lengthen it as required. With its circular perforations reminiscent of 1960s racing straps, the Ocean Racer rubber strap gives the watch an especially sportingtouch. It comes in three colors matching those of the dial and bezel: black, blue and bronze. Breitling has equipped it with a brand-new folding clasp, superbly engineered with lateral pushbuttons to ensure maximum comfort and security. Supple and soft to the touch, the Ocean Racer strap also features an exclusive comfort enhancing extension system enabling one to loosen it a few millimeters, particularly in very hot weather.

A high-performance instrument

The new Superocean Héritage comes in two diameters: 38 and 46 mm. Waterresistant to 660 feet (200 meters), it boasts the full measure of sturdiness, reliability and functionality required of a watch cut out for adventure in deep waters. The large size of the hands and the triangular shape of the hour hand guarantee unequivocal time reading even under difficult conditions. The luminescent coating on the hand and hour-markers ensures excellent visibility even in the dim light at great depths. The slightly cambered sapphire crystal has been glareproofed on both sides. The unidirectional rotating bezel is endowed with a 120-tooth system; its fluted profile, along with that of the oversized crown, guarantee easy handling. The Superocean is powered by a mechanical selfwinding movement chronometer-certified by the COSC, as indeed are all Breitling movements.

The Longines Conquest appears as the expression of the sporting elegance of the brand. It is the result of detailed study into the aesthetic potential of the fixed bezel and cabochon, and is made of ceramic - an exceptional material associating timeless elegance, a scratch-proof surface and uncommon hardness - or of polished steel. Surmounted by an anti-reflective coated sapphire glass, the white, abyss black, ocean blue or silver sunray dial is also available in white mother-of-pearl in the ladies' models with bezel set with 11 diamonds and white ceramic. A rubber strap is available, together with styles in stainless steel and leather.
